The Broudein Stud

Paige Price is the brains and dedication behind our operations. Having sacrificed her competition career for logbooks and an office, she overlooks the runnings of the business. Having spent her younger years as a working pupil in Champs le Sims, she learnt classical dressage and began buying,competing and selling for a living. Many years of hard graft lead her to move up to head girl, assistant manager and then finally managing large scale barns-unluckily for her, the jobs never last long due to the barns not staying open, or downsizing on staff. She and her trakehner horse Rum N Redbull (rupert) went back to her hometime and she resided herself back into working at the local riding school and here she Met Luke Kempson. Luke was the head instructor at the farm, with bigger dreams for him and his eventing stallion, Lanthrir. They became good friends, sharing a dream, and when paige finally bought some land, she offered Luke the job. Together they opened the stud. Paige is a bubbly, loud personality, caring and helpful for anyone that needs it.


Luke Kempson is "The man", our leading eventer and trainer of the apprentices. He came here on a whim, with no backfall if the stud fell through. He has put his heart and soul into creating a formidable eventing team and is very protective of his crew. Luke is spontanious and fun, does things for the hell of it and is also the resident joker. When not creating havoc he is a down to earth, approachable young man who doesnt lack an inch of professionalism. 


Leanne Price is Paiges daughter, and a member of the young riders club. She lives with her dad during school term time, and spends her summers riding the ponies and small horses for her mum. Leanne is a torn young woman, Who enjoys the lavish lifestyle her dad splashes on her to make up for his lack of presence when shes at home, but also craves the closeness and family unity the stud brings to her. She will soon have to choose her path in life, but for now, she is happy to be a typical 15 year old.


Salem Gleicher does not understand the words "cant", "no" or "impossible". He grew up in india, and was bought up to believe anything is possible. A highly religious man, who is wise and is often the "advice guru" for the crew and clients alike. He is calm, quiet and a trier. He spends his time working the farms land and buildings, and riding some of the trickier horses, especially the mares. A self taught rider, Luke has had to iron out a few creases in his style but he is a good worker and rider and we are proud too have him in our team. 




Bethany Elson is the long legged secret weapon of our competition crew. Employed soley as a rider, she rides between 8-10 horses a day, 4 days a week. She can turn a horse out smartly, aswell as herself. Bethany is very elegant, regal and upper class minded. She wont get her hands (or new $600 boots) dirty, but she can ride a decent course !
