Keeping Track of your Capriole Activity Awards
Keeping track of your tokens is easy! We've provided a template below to make it as easy on you as possible. Feel free to use it, or use another method of keeping track of them, like another template or a spreadsheet. Regardless of the way you track your tokens, there are a few requirements for your tokens, which are checked when redeeming them for prizes.
All of the tasks you do to earn tokens must be linked to. This means that, for example, if you entered a traditional show 5 times, you must link to each of the 5 entries. This is to prove that you actually did it!
When you earn your tokens, you must either clear the "history" of the activities that you've already completed to avoid redeeming tokens for it more than once.
You must keep track of your tokens yourself! This includes keeping track of how much you're earning, and how much you've already redeemed.
