You reply with a gift (any gift!) like "TPBM gets a horse made by me" or something like that.
It's completely up to you what you offer as a gift. It can be anything from a breeding to a picture edit!
If you'd like to claim a gift, get in quickly and post your claim along with your gift for the next person.
If you don't want something but would like to participate, you can always say 'Pass' and just post your own gift.
